About me
I am Echo. A Wife, Mother of three, Non Profit Storyteller, Birth Doula, YL Leader, and FIERCE advocate of humans.
I like to wear MANY hats.
I am in pursuit of true sustainable health that can only be found by tapping into our bodies innate capabilities. I believe in treating them well, allowing them to function as designed, and always seeking out nature as the first line of defence.
I absolutely love humans and think they are absolutely worth fighting for. I believe in listening to them, hearing their stories, and doing my best to advocate for the things that can actually change ones world.
I fight daily against the corruption and greed that is plaguing our world. I believe in bodily autonomy and every persons right to say what medical procedures and courses of treatment are done to them or to their child.
I believe in becoming as fully informed as you can, seeking out alternative information, and using your critical mind.
I ask the hard questions with the expectation that they will be answered with data driven information free of conflicts of interests.
I am a true advocate and am here to help in any way I can.

Medical Freedom
Every human has the right to true informed consent and the say in what medical interventions they want inflicted onto their bodies without the use of coercion, manipulation, or force. This right is being threatened all over the globe and now is the time to dig deep into the science, conflicts, corruption, and cover-ups.
Non Profit Marketing & Storytelling
I have over 10 years experience in sharing the stories of real people and the organizations doing great work. From a Birth Center in Haiti to a Sex Trafficking organization in Nebraska— I am committed to helping get the story out in a way that honors the lived experience of the people behind the stories being told.
Philanthropy: Haiti
While I am currently not working with a Haitian organization, my heart still ver much lives there. Haitians are one of the most vibrant and loving people I have ever met. Though they have been dealt some very hard realities, their brilliance and resilience shines on!
Know of a Haitian organization or another amazing one I should check out? Let me know!
